You will direct craft professional activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work activities and team development. margin: 0px'><b>Major Responsibilities:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><p>PFS Tier I - most applicable to Area Superintendents and PFSs on projects (<$250m) of moderate complexity and few stakeholders involved. </p><p>Leadership / Supervision (Supervision of discipline and lead superintendents with 100+ craft) </p><ul><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proactively engages with their team’s development through CPM, Competency development/assessment and feedback </li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Supervises and directs craft activities, subordinate superintendents, and others, as assigned. </li></ul><p>Planning / Productivity </p><ul><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Determines workforce requirements. </li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepares reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, craft personnel forecasts, and expenditures forecast. </li></ul><p>Tools, Materials & Equipment </p><ul><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitors tool and equipment usage on the site. </li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepares Field Material Requisitions for tools and consumables and ensures that the crafts have the tools they require to be productive. </li></ul><p>Safety & Quality </p><ul><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensures assigned construction operations and subcontractors’ performance are in compliance with specifications Responsible for the implementation of corporate/project policies, procedures, and instructions within assigned operations. </li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitors work activities and ensures the quality of work performed. </li></ul><p>Technical </p><ul><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Works with Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents </li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Coordinates engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Foremen and Craft Professionals. </li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Education and Experience Requirements:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience. </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in semiconductor, EV battery, data centers, or Pharmaceuticals preferred.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Hands-on implementation of AWP and OSM strategies; experience with project setup, system turnover, and completion preferred.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency with digital execution tools, 4D/5D planning, and analytics preferred.</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; font-size: 10pt;">Leads multi-trade field teams—sets clear expectations, holds foremen accountable, resolves conflicts fast, and builds bench strength through coaching and development.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
