The ideal candidate will have market sector/ sub sector construction industry experience in energy (liquefied natural gas), manufacturing and technology (semiconductor, chemical, pharmaceutical, data centers, fire power generation), infrastructure (aviation, rail, roads/bridges), mining and minerals (water treatment plant, mineral extraction, metal refining), & nuclear, security, and environmental (nuclear power epc, power distribution, combined cycle, defense and space, environmental cleanup). You will direct craft professional activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work activities and team development. Your oversight will ensure craft professionals have the tools required to be productive, comply with project policies, procedures, and job site work rules and procedures, and perform within specifications, schedules and budgets. <span style="color: azure;"> #LI-TH1 </span></span></p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Major Responsibilities:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Leadership / Supervision (Discipline Supervision of superintendents supporting 50 to 100 craft or Responsible for Area/Facility) </p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Supervises and directs craft activities, subordinate superintendents, and others, as assigned. (Direct Hire) </li><li>Schedules work to be performed and reviews work accomplished by each craft. Knowledge of the Project ES&H Handbook, the Supervisor’s ES&H Manual, the Project Safety Management Plan and the Bechtel Core Processes.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience on an LNG construction site especially along the U.S. Gulf Coast.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Heavy industrial direct hire construction experience commensurate with the type of work to be undertaken.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, minerals processing or power generating station construction is preferred.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Additional Information:</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Must be willing to work a flexible schedule as required that may include but not limited to nightshift or split shift.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work requires the physical ability to conduct field inspections including but not limited to: extensive walking in and around a construction site often in high heat and high humidity conditions, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, working on elevated platforms, working on uneven surfaces, and working in small or confined spaces. Some lifting may be required. Must have the ability to walk into and out of the project (enter/egress).
