Assistant Superintendent- LA

Summary This role assists the Superintendent in coordinating subcontractors or supervises laborers and trade workers at the construction site. Monitors work performance, progress and productivity of subcontractors and laborers/craft workers. Assists in monitoring costs as specified in contract documents. Directly oversee the performance of workers completing all phases of construction to meet company standards and owner expectations. Essential Functions

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Five years of previous field Interior or commercial construction experience. Public works, design build or school campus style projects experience preferred 1 year of direct supervisory experience. Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook). Ability to read plans and specs.

The compensation for the Assistant Superintendent position above in Los Angeles ( El Segundo office) is $100,000 - $120,000. *This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
