Job Description

AECOM is currently seeking an experienced CEI Senior Inspector to support transportation and infrastructure projects located in Tampa, Florida. This role will be responsible for overseeing construction activities to ensure work is performed in compliance with contract documents, plans, specifications, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

• Responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties. Performs field inspections and/or audit duties and maintains inspection records. Ensures all contract documents represented by working drawings and specifications are properly executed

• Performing highly complex technical assignments in field surveying and construction layout, marking, and checking engineering computations, inspecting construction work, and conducting field tests

• Coordinating and managing the lower level inspectors

• Performing work under the general supervision of the Project Administrator
