The ideal candidate will have market sector/ sub sector construction industry experience in energy (liquefied natural gas), manufacturing and technology (semiconductor, chemical, pharmaceutical, data centers, fire power generation), infrastructure (aviation, rail, roads/bridges), mining and minerals (water treatment plant, mineral extraction, metal refining), & nuclear, security, and environmental (nuclear power epc, power distribution, combined cycle, defense and space, environmental cleanup). As needs arise in our growing business, there will be expectation for the candidate to be fully mobile.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Job Summary:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><p>In this role, you will lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project. You will direct craft professional activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work activities and team development. Your oversight will ensure craft professionals have the tools required to be productive, comply with project policies, procedures, and job site work rules and procedures, and perform within specifications, schedules and budgets. <span style="color: white;">#LI-TH1 </span></p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Major Responsibilities:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><ul><li>Leadership / Supervision (Discipline Supervision up to 80 craft)</li><li>Supervises and/or directs craft activities as assigned.</li><li>Schedules work to be performed and reviews work accomplished by each craft.</li><li>Planning / Productivity Determines workforce requirements.</li><li>Coordinates established area operational plans.</li><li>Tools, Materials & Equipment</li></ul><p>Monitors tool and equipment usage on the site.</p><ul><li>Oversees the preparation of Field Material Requisitions for tools and consumables and ensures that the crafts have the tools they require to be productive.</li></ul><p>Safety & Quality</p><ul><li>Ensures the most current design document is used to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation.</li><li>Ensures assigned construction operations and subcontractors’ performance are in compliance with specifications and within schedules and budgets.</li><li>Technical Works with Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents</li><li>Oversees engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Foremen and Craft Professionals.</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Education and Experience Requirements:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12px;"><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9 -12 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.</span></span></li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Required Knowledge and Skills:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience on an LNG construction site especially along the U.S. Gulf Coast.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, minerals processing or power generating station construction is preferred.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Good communication skills, both verbal and written Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to develop 3 week look ahead schedule in regards to work operations.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Additional Information:</strong> Work requires the physical ability to conduct field inspections including but not limited to: extensive walking in and around a construction site often in high heat and high humidity conditions, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, working on elevated platforms, working on uneven surfaces, and working in small or confined spaces. Some lifting may be required. Must have the ability to walk into and out of the project (enter/egress).
