Job Summary

Our Construction Management team is actively seeking a Construction Engineer for work on NYCHA projects. This upcoming project is set to begin January 2027.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ** • Coordinating and working with inspectors for field reviews, data collection and analysis, studies and forecasting.

• Collect and manage data for engineering or construction work such as to perform quantity take-offs for development of engineering estimate.

• Prepare project data for schedules, assist in preparing schedules and budgets in order to monitor progress reports.

• Assist in change orders negotiations with contractors.

• Review contractor invoicing to verify quantities and enter contractor invoices into Client’s online system.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFCATIONS: • Bachelors of Construction Management or related field with 2+ years of construction or office engineer experience is required.

• Previous infrastructure construction experience with NYCHA or similar agency preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

• Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.

• High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.

Additional Information**

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $81,200- $121,800 annually for this position and local market.
