• **Education: **A B.S. in Civil Engineering is required.

• Extensive Construction Experience: A deep understanding of the complexities of construction, backed by a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, with 10 years preferred.

• Credentials: Professional Engineer (PE) License in Virginia and Certified Construction Manager (CCM) designations are preferred.

• Project Oversight: Command complex construction projects from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting.
