Job Description
AECOM is seeking a highly talented Dams Engineering Project Manager to join the East Region Dams Team. This position will support a variety Dam Safety Engineering projects across the East Region. This position will report to one of the AECOM offices in the East Region including but not limited to Atlanta, Georgia; Buffalo, New York; Charlotte, North Carolina; Conshohocken, Pennsylvania; Franklin, Tennessee; Germantown, Maryland; Latham, New York; or Tampa, Florida.
The successful candidate will join the ENR consistently ranked #1 Dams and Reservoirs firm and have access to exciting career advancement opportunities. The selected individual will perform the roles of a Project Manager such as maintaining client relationships, contracting, project planning and execution, financial management, technical management, change management and project team management including subcontractors.
The expectation for this position is a client facing role with ownership and responsibility for the successful delivery of dam engineering projects and programs including business development and proposal preparation for new and existing clients. The selected individual will provide technical support for projects including analyses, design, Potential Failure Mode Analyses, risk assessments, site inspections, construction observation and regulatory compliance activities associated with a variety of hydraulic structures.
