**Pay Transparency **The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. This range reflects the company’s good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.

• Prepare site, roadway, grading, drainage, water, and sewer plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Produce project deliverables including technical memoranda, design plans and specifications, and technical reports

• Prepare supporting calculations, construction specifications, and permitting in various jurisdictions

• Prepare construction cost models and engineer opinion of probable cost for projects

• Design development and redevelopment projects for private clients

• Construction Observation and Coordination with Construction Contractors

• Undergraduate or graduate degree from accredited program in civil engineering

• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate

• 0-2 years' experience with an emphasis in civil design including drainage, utility, roadway, and development design

• Ability to take direction and work independently as well as effectively collaborate with teams

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

• Good technical writing skills
