Parsons provides program and facilities assessment support to a DOD client worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Facilities Assessor to evaluate and monitor field assessment data, assist in developing cost estimates, and support our global facilities assessment work.
Work as part of a team performing facility evaluations by applying architectural and/or engineering standards, practices, and techniques. The Facilities Assessor at this level regularly exercises his/her familiarity of company and project practices and procedures, and is experienced in project mobilization, setup and orientation procedures. Assessors are responsible for visually evaluating the architectural/MEP building systems, gathering data, and noting any deficient conditions.
Project:
Parsons is managing a Technical Services (TS) program for an agency within the Department of Defense to review third party A/E work; conduct studies, analysis, testing and measuring; perform specialized engineering services, planning and design reviews; commissioning services; and construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders.
Responsibilities:
Parsons is seeking a Facilities Assessor to perform the following: • Work as part of a team performing facility evaluations by applying engineering standards, practices, and techniques. • Visually evaluating the architectural/MEP building systems, gathering data, and noting any deficient conditions. • Upload gathered data into the clients CMMS system. • Support our global facilities assessment work.
QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (or related field is preferred) • Must have at least 12+ years of relevant work experience • Mechanical or electrical expertise preferred. • Must be US Citizen. • Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
