You will prepare cost studies, review cost trends, and develop and implement project requirements for cost control. Your detailed analysis will provide innovative solutions to cost engineering challenges. This position will be based at one of our Gulf Coast Project sites (active construction activities).</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Major Responsibilities:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><p style="margin: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">• Establishes, maintains and monitors project budgets, change management, cost monitoring, cost variance analysis, quantity and craft labor reporting (QURR), and other periodic cost reports.</p><p style="margin: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">• Prepares and presents various cost studies utilizing historical data, statistical analysis, and cost and quantity comparisons.</p><p style="margin: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">• Exhibits skill in identifying, analyzing, and providing innovative solutions using cost engineering principles and identifying trends for management attention.</p><p style="margin: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">• Assists in developing unit job hour and pricing data for a specific discipline or other specialty.
