The ideal candidate will have market sector/ sub sector construction industry experience in energy (liquefied natural gas), manufacturing and technology (semiconductor, chemical, pharmaceutical, data centers, fire power generation), infrastructure (aviation, rail, roads/bridges), mining and minerals (water treatment plant, mineral extraction, metal refining), & nuclear, security, and environmental (nuclear power epc, power distribution, combined cycle, defense and space, environmental cleanup). As needs arise in our growing business, there will be expectation for the candidate to be fully mobile.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Job Summary:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><p>In this role, you will lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project. You will direct craft professional activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work activities and team development. Your oversight will ensure craft professionals have the tools required to be productive, comply with project policies, procedures, and job site work rules and procedures, and perform within specifications, schedules and budgets. <span style="color: white;">#LI-TH1 </span></p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Major Responsibilities:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><p>Leadership/Supervision (Discipline Supervision up to 50 craft)</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Supervises and/or directs craft activities as assigned. </li><li>Schedules work to be performed and reviews work accomplished by each craft.</li><li>Performs general functions inherent in all supervisory field positions. </li><li>Participates in the development of contract, subcontract, or vendor scopes of work, budgets, contract formation, and negotiations. </li></ul><p>Planning/Productivity</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Determines workforce requirements.</li><li>Coordinates established area operational plans. </li><li>Coordinates activities with other disciplines or areas and clients’ resident representatives, as instructed by construction management. </li><li>Supervises the development of construction drawings and sketches.</li></ul><p>Safety/Quality</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Ensures the most current design document is used to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation. </li><li>Ensures assigned construction operations and subcontractors’ performance are in compliance with specifications and within schedules and budgets. </li><li>Ensures the implementation of corporate/project policies, procedures, and instructions within assigned operations. </li></ul><p>Technical</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Works with Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents</li><li>Oversees engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Foremen and Craft Professionals.</li><li>Oversees the preparation of testing processes and required test equipment</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Additional Information: </strong>Work requires the physical ability to conduct field inspections including but not limited to: extensive walking in and around a construction site often in high heat and high humidity conditions, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, working on elevated platforms, working on uneven surfaces, and working in small or confined spaces. Some lifting may be required. Must have the ability to walk into and out of the project (enter/egress).
