Bulk early work for Stage 1 began at the 1,000+ acre facility in August 2012 and by December 2022, Bechtel had successfully and safely turned over the final phase of Stage 4 to Cheniere. The SPL campus now consists of six operating Trains with an LNG production capacity of approximately 27 million tons per year (MTPA), 3 Jetty superstructures that can accommodate the world’s largest vessels, and dozens of associated buildings and utilities.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></span></p></div><div><p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"> Sabine Pass Liquefaction Stage 5 Expansion Project (SPL5) is the newest phase at the SPL facility. It will consist of one liquefaction process train with a production capacity of approximately 5 MTPA; one boil-off gas reliquefaction unit; tie-ins to existing storage tanks, ship-loading facilities, and flare systems; and associated utility support infrastructure. SPL5 will perform this work predominantly on a direct hire basis with support from only a few specialty and service subcontractors.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></span></p></div><div><p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto">The Infrastructure GBU scope consists of installing 9000+ precast concrete driven piles, construction of a new concrete retaining wall, ground improvement works (inc. soil stabilization and wick drains), extension of the existing earthworks platform, construction of a new network of roads, and modifications to the stormwater drainage system.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></span></p></div><div><p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto">The candidate will act as the </span><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto">Infrastructure Area Field Engineer</span><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"> on the SPL5 Project. font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Establish a design/field engineering working relationship and lines of communication with the Project Engineer, including agreement on engineering deliverables and overall construction application configuration management.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Responsible for quantity take-off, control, tracking, reporting, and forecasting.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Direct the design of temporary construction facilities as required.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Direct the preparation of requisitions for field procured materials, material substitution, services, and equipment.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Review material receiving reports and warehousing to assure delivery of correct materials.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Coordinate and monitor the interface between the construction automation plan and the project controls program at the jobsite.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop and manage the construction quality program.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Direct preparation of cost estimates for construction activities and coordinate the preparation of cost reports, forecast and progress reports.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Coordinate with Superintendents and Subcontractors to plan construction schedules.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop and recommend the construction field engineering organization and staffing plan for approval by the Infrastructure Area Manager (or appropriate level of Project Management) and prepare employee requisitions</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Undertake training needs analysis and develop Field Engineering Training Plan for the project.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensure compliance with the implementation, accuracy, and use of all Construction Bechtel Standard Application Programs (BSAPs).</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;
