We are partnering with the North America Building Trades Unions and suppliers to create several thousand new jobs and work with local education organizations to implement new training programs that will support the future talent pipeline. Your field leadership will help ensure operations are planned to coincide with overall established schedules and that work methods are planned and executed safely.</span></p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Major Responsibilities:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Supervise direct hire union craft that make up the composite work crews at the Laydown Facilities.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Utilizing the Citrix Software Suite, inspect and approve time sheets prepared by Foremen and General Foremen under their purview.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with Project Materials Management work procedures and all work is carried out safely.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Follow the Project HSSE plan utilizing the various JHA’s developed for works in and around the site and the Laydown Yard Facilities, the Focus For Safety Cards and other tools provided by the HSSE Team.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Responsible for safety, quality and productivity of assigned craft in and around the site and the Laydown Facilities.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Administer project work rules ensuring craft are trained to be able to safely perform job tasks.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Administer and maintain Bechtel company and Project specific quality initiatives.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Monitor work activities of assigned personnel, ensuring that work is carried out in a timely and safe manner.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain relationships with the client personnel assigned to the facility.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of the Laydown Facilities.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure adequate equipment and tooling is available to perform all work tasks in an effective manner and that all personnel are properly trained in the use of said items.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Generate Field Material Requisitions (FMRs) for consumables, tools and other non-permanent plant material and equipment necessary to accomplish the mission of the team.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Perform other duties as required by Bechtel management.</span></li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Education and Experience Requirements:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9 -12 years of relevant work experience.</span></span></li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Required Knowledge and Skills:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Knowledge of a single or multi-discipline construction or engineering operation. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Knowledge of Bechtel’s Zero Accident Philosophy. Knowledge of the Project ES&H Handbook, the Supervisors ES&H Manual, the Project Safety Management Plan and the Bechtel Core Processes</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Knowledge of the Six Sigma program tools and methodologies.
