The ideal candidate will have market sector/ sub sector construction industry experience in <strong>energy</strong> (liquefied natural gas), <strong>manufacturing and technology</strong> (semiconductor, chemical, pharmaceutical, data centers, fire power generation),<strong> infrastructure</strong> (aviation, rail, roads/bridges), <strong>mining and minerals</strong> (water treatment plant, mineral extraction, metal refining), & <strong>nuclear, security, and environmental</strong> (nuclear power epc, power distribution, combined cycle, defense and space, environmental cleanup). margin: 0px'><b>Major Responsibilities:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><div><ul><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Implement and monitor preservation and preventive maintenance requirements for equipment, materials, and systems during storage, construction, and pre-commissioning activities. </span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain preservation and preventive maintenance records, databases, and documentation to ensure accurate tracking and compliance with project requirements.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Review engineering drawings, specifications, vendor manuals, and preservation procedures to support field implementation and resolve technical issues.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Coordinate preservation activities with construction, quality, procurement, startup, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure equipment integrity is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Conduct field inspections to verify preservation activities are performed in accordance with project procedures, manufacturer recommendations, and quality requirements.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist with material receiving, storage inspections, and condition assessments to ensure materials and equipment are protected from damage or deterioration.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;
