Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to be the central point of contact for the customer supporting a high performing/high tempo Army logistics program management organization. You will be responsible for the accountability, sustainability, maintainability, quality and efficiency of a program with global reach.

What You'll Be Doing: • Be responsible for representing Parsons to the client and ensuring your high performing team is exceeding client expectations related to cost, schedule, and performance

• Lead staff through complex global Army logistics challenges

• Manage subject matter leads including logisticians, operations managers, engineers, and technical field service representatives

• Assign responsibility for executing project plan activities to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths

• Be accountable for all program deliverables and quality oversight

• Perform program risk management responsibilities

• Participate in recruiting and hiring activities

• Help Parsons grow the business with this key client

• Manage subcontractors

• Be responsible for P&L with minimal oversight

• Manage dedicated company support leads to facilitate operation of the support

What Required Skills You'll Bring: • Active Top-Secret level clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access

• Master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Project Management, Business Management/Administration or other related technical field

• 10+ years of relevant experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing complex logistics challenges

• Previous program manager experience on similar or related large-scope project types

Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
