The candidate will act as the <strong>Project Controls - Cost Engineer (Drilled Piers)</strong> on the Micron Project. font-size: 10pt;">A recognized degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field with 2-5 years Project Controls, Commercial Operations, and/or Prime Contracts experience or a minimum of 6-9 years work experience in lieu of a degree. </span></li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis, and cost engineering functions, cost control, and cost analysis, particularly in the field of heavy civil works (piling, earthworks, concrete). </span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Knowledge of supervision, personnel administration, and training of technical and non-technical personnel. </span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in using Project Controls operating systems, including several basic software applications. </span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
