Parsons is seeking an experienced Aviation Project Manager with the following skills sets below: • Management experience associated with construction, commissioning, ORAT and closeout phases of complex landside and airside projects. • Overall working knowledge of the architectural, design, engineering, and systems elements of airport and facility projects. • Demonstrable establishment of collaborative relationships with stakeholders involved in planning, design, construction, testing and turn-over of airport facilities (airport, community, and regulators). • Experience in constructing/renovating facilities within constraints of an operating airport is desirable. • Demonstrable experience leading construction teams in delivery of large infrastructure projects. • Able to provide oversight and management of the scope of work, budget and schedule for the project, including risk, safety, and change management. • Serve as the principal point of contact with client with professionalism and integrity. • Ensure effective and timely communication between the project team, stakeholders and owner. • Willingness to work and relocate in California based on project location.

Qualifications:  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction or related technical field. • 12+ years of related experience in large scale construction, with at least one major airport project. • Incumbent should have a technical and operations background.  • Professional registration or certifications may be required. • Must have the ability to manage projects, interface with clients and enjoy being hands on technically in the project. • Comprehensive knowledge of aviation construction industry standard • Must be able to meet requirements or obtain Parsons' project management certification.  • Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications.
