Parsons is looking for a talented Resident Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to work on ATL, one of the busiest and largest airports in the world!

Put your construction management expertise to work on a complex, aviation construction program. Parsons is now hiring an experienced Aviation Resident Engineer with the following skills sets below to support our client at Atlanta International Airport. Airport or Aviation experience is preferred.
In this role you will provide oversight and direction to multi-disciplined teams, using effective management and leadership skills, and driving construction projects to a successful completion. Our Resident Engineers must communicate effectively across multi-disciplined groups, build consensus and foster strong relationships, both internally and externally. We are looking for someone that is versatile, enthusiastic to work in highly flexible, team-oriented environments, and has excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Resident Engineer is responsible for reviewing the performance of the construction contractors to assure contract compliance, the application of accepted construction standards and technology, and the acceptable standardization of materials and supplies. Participates in the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of construction management assignments including development of plans, schedules, contracts, procedures, and construction methods and systems. Experience with airport construction projects is a must. May provide technical guidance to less-experienced field engineering and inspection personnel. Willingness to relocate to construction site locations is expected.
