Job Description

AECOM is seeking a highly motivated Resident Project Representative (RPR) with experience in water and wastewater treatment plant and utility construction oversight to join our dynamic Greater Philadelphia Area Water Business Line.

Your first assignment will be expected to begin in August 2026, and will be located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania . This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile projects that enhances environmental sustainability and public health.

Monitor delivery of equipment and materials for compliance with contract specifications.

  • Observe contractor work for quality and adherence to project requirements.

  • Maintain detailed records of construction progress and installation activities.

  • Prepare and update marked prints for record drawings.

  • Measure and compute monthly and final payments for contractor work.

  • Coordinate testing services, observe on-site testing, and review lab reports.

  • Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements

    • BS/BA degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

    • Minimum of 8 years experience in water/wastewater infrastructure and construction in an RPR role.

    • Microsoft Office Software.

    • Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 15 years of experience overseeing water or wastewater treatment facility construction.

    • Experience with electrical and instrumentation & control (I&C) equipment replacement.

    • Strong communication and documentation skills.

    Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $87000 to $125000.
