We are partnering with the North America Building Trades Unions and suppliers to create several thousand new jobs and work with local education organizations to implement new training programs that will support the future talent pipeline. Further the role will be responsible for producing the Project Cost Report, Commitment & Cashflow. This position assists in cost analysis, change management, and budget control on large scale Engineering Procurement and Construction Projects under supervision of Project Cost Engineer. <span style="color: white;">#LI-SM2</span></span></p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Major Responsibilities:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><p style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Producing the Project Cashflow & Commitment interfacing with various stakeholders from Engineering, Supply Chain & Construction.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Working with the Supply Chain Team providing Project Controls Support for Awarding Packages & Processing Change Notices.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Plans, coordinates & preparation of specific budgets for packages based on Project Estimate.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Develops and implements requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Assists in developing specific project codes of accounts and recommends appropriate modifications and revisions.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Identifies or defines data sources and techniques for data acquisition and collects required data for a specific discipline or other specialty applications.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Performs routine cost estimating, analysis, and control activities, as directed.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Supports the implementation of cost monitoring and control standards, techniques, systems, and reports .</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Assists with budget allocation and reporting/cost control </span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Prepares cost data for proposals or contracts</span></p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Required Knowledge and Skills:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><p>• <span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing cost engineering functions, which include cost estimating, cost control, and cost analysis, in the field and the home office.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Knowledge in the use of computers for executing work processes.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Statistical knowledge in the areas of sampling, distributions, probability, and hypothesis testing for metrics.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Knowledge of supervision, personnel administration, and training of technical and nontechnical personnel.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Skilled in oral and written communication.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Knowledge of financial reporting systems and controller account codes, and an understanding of Controller instructions, which impact Project Controls (including Project Financial Status Reports and Earned Revenue Determination Data).</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Intermediate level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes, as performed by Bechtel.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience. </span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Skilled in oral and written communication.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Advanced Knowledge in the use of MS Excel, MS word, etc. for executing work processes.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Proficiency with PC operating systems, with expert proficiency in EcoSys & Power BI software applications.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications currently used in Bechtel (DSCS, CFAR and Microsoft Office Applications, for example).</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing cost engineering functions, which include cost estimating, cost control, and cost analysis, in the field and the home office. </span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience. </span></p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em;
