We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to join our growing team! As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Developing and executing project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation

• Coordinating and leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration

• Monitoring project progress and proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or issues

• Communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns

• Supporting business development, bid, and proposal efforts

• Ensuring adherence to project management best practices and standards

• Exploring and integrating new warfighting technologies and strategies to enhance project outcomes

• Applying warfighting experience to evaluate capability gaps and propose innovative solutions

*This position is remote within the United States and offers flexibility in work location. However, the role requires up to 25% travel, which may include site visits, client meetings, team offsites, or industry events. Travel will be scheduled as needed based on project demands and business priorities.
