The ideal candidate will have market sector/ sub sector construction industry experience in energy (liquefied natural gas), manufacturing and technology (semiconductor, chemical, pharmaceutical, data centers, fire power generation), infrastructure (aviation, rail, roads/bridges), mining and minerals (water treatment plant, mineral extraction, metal refining), & nuclear, security, and environmental (nuclear power epc, power distribution, combined cycle, defense and space, environmental cleanup). As needs arise in our growing business, there will be expectation for the candidate to be fully mobile.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Job Summary:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">In this role, you will monitor and organize subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex project with multiple stakeholders’ involvement, through the coordination and instruction of subcontractor’s management staff. margin: 0px'><b>Major Responsibilities:</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><ul><li>Monitors and organizes subcontractor activities, through coordination and instruction of subcontractor’s management staff within the area of responsibility. </li><li>Role supports on mid-size projects of medium to high complexity with multiple stakeholders’ involvement. </li><li>Planning: Monitors subcontractor construction schedules, resource charts, and material and equipment requirements. </li><li>Reviews subcontractor construction methods, schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment requirements. </li><li>Coordinates the construction operations impact on external interfaces to ensure they coincide with the overall established schedules. </li><li>Safety / Quality: Monitors installation of materials and equipment to assure conformance with drawings, specifications, vendor, and other requirements </li><li>Enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by field construction management. </li><li>Technical Supports Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents </li><li>Coordinates engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Foremen and Craft Professionals. </li><li>Coordinates with Design on constructability issues. </li><li> </li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Additional Information: </strong>Work requires the physical ability to conduct field inspections including but not limited to: extensive walking in and around a construction site often in high heat and high humidity conditions, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, working on elevated platforms, working on uneven surfaces, and working in small or confined spaces. Some lifting may be required. Must have the ability to walk into and out of the project (enter/egress).
