Job Description

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Construction Survey Party Chief to support heavy civil and mission-critical projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical surveying skills and leadership experience in construction environments. Responsibilities

Perform construction staking, topographic surveys, as-built surveys, and layout. Operate GPS and robotic total station equipment Read and interpret construction plans and survey data. Collect accurate field data and complete required documentation. Communicate with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel. Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Qualifications

5+ years previous field experience as a Survey Party Chief preferred. Proficiency Trimble Survey software (Terramodel, TBC) preferred. Proficient with GPS and robotic total station equipment. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and survey data. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Must be a self-starter. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical work.
