Job Description

AECOM is seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Civil Engineer I to join our growing team in Hunt Valley, Maryland , for a position targeted to begin in May 2026 . Start your civil engineering career by contributing to impactful transportation projects that help shape and improve the region’s infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to build a strong technical foundation while working alongside experienced, industry‑leading professionals dedicated to supporting your growth.

This position is expected to begin in May 2026.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Builds analytic and design skills.

• Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer.

• Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.

• Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
