font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prepares cost estimates using historical data, statistical analysis, and cost and quantity comparisons. </span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Performs generally non-routine cost estimating, analysis, and control activities.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Thorough knowledge of financial reporting systems and controller account codes, as well as a solid understanding of relevant Controller instructions that affect Project Controls</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
