Job Description

AECOM is currently seeking an experienced Utility Coordinator to support transportation design-build projects throughout the Fort Myers, Florida area, ensuring effective coordination with project teams, contractors, and local agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Coordinating utility relocation activities with utility companies, contractors, and project teams to minimize conflicts and delays in construction schedules

• Reviewing and analyzing utility plans, specifications, and agreements to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations

• Conducting regular site visits to monitor utility relocation progress and identify potential issues or conflicts

• Facilitating communication between utility companies, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve conflicts and maintain project timelines

• Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation of utility coordination activities, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and progress reports
